Hampton Inn & Suites Pharr

Thank you to Veronica the front desk agent for being so patient and helpful back to back. We were there for a funeral it was already a tough time but had multiple things happen back to back. Thank you Veronica for being so sweet and kind it is greatly appreciated.

I have been coming to this location for years and this is the last time. They do not clean your rooms. You actually have to opt in to get it clean, a the same time you have a sticker in your bathroom saying that they do it every other day (which is nasty). The room was so dirty that if you walked barefooted and walked into the shower there would be mud I am a Hilton Honor Dimond for Life member. This location should not be part of their network Hampton Inn claims to make things right, but the front desk person just said "You should have opted in" I will never stay here again. I would recommend you avoid it also

We have stayed here three times now in the last year and always found the hotel to be clean,safe and a good value for the price. The lobby desk receptionists on all 3 shifts are very courteous and helpful. The gym is in good shape with lots of free weights and cardio equipment. Could not get tv to work in cardio area. Location is near several restaurants , HEB, Target and Walmart.

When we arrived for check in, I had messed up our reservations. Front desk staff were kind and helpful, making a potentially awful situation no problem at all! Breakfast had fresh fruit, yogurt and waffles

First time to stay at this location. Pleasantly surprised with genuinely the nicest front desk staff Ralph!! Large fish tank that mesmerized my children. Clean cool room on 4th floor, comfy queen beds, sparkling pool, good variety breakfast and perfect location to get around town. I should of gotten a pic of the fish tank. LOL! Thank you for your time and glad we stayed at Hampton Inn!
