Travelodge by Wyndham Pecos

The rooms were clean and the bed was nice but I would not go there again. breakfast was only stale ceral and pre packaged mini cakes. location near interstate, so mostly truckers who only want to shower and sleep. The bath rooms were old out of date.

Overall great place to stay for a weekend and close to where I needed to be at.I would definitely stay there again.I would recommend to family and friends.Only thing there needs to be a service person there it took about 15 minutes for someone to come out.Beds we’re comfy and rooms were clean

Make sure all the rooms' plumbing, and key access functions properly, especially the toilets and room keys, improper functionality do happen. When things like toilet basic non-functionality and key access are brought to front desk personnel's attention, make sure they are trained to solve basic problems like these in one of two ways: Either swap out the customer's room with another properly functioning room or immediately send a competent hotel person to the non-functioning room to solve the problem. In our stay at this hotel, I had to walk to the front desk multiple times to be given several non-functioning keys and ultimately a defective toilet plunger for me to use that did solve the problem. I did not stay at your hotel to become a plumber, this was disappointing and insulting, to say the least.

Good place to stay, not to pricey and rooms are decent. Staff is helpful and friendly. Located right off the highway and close to some eating places. Definitely going back and staying there again. They offer some good amenities in the rooms.

Sharan provided excellent customer service both times my colleague and I stayed there. The room was nice and clean and restaurants are located near by. There was a fridge and microwave in my room. Great stay.
