Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Pecos

DUMP!!! Dont know where or how they got there rating but this place is a dump. A man who has been out in the field all day, may not care…woman who cares about cleanliness…you do NOT want to stay here. Do yourself a favor and pass it on by. Pictures are attached.

I was greeted fairly promptly. The room was cold, & not enough blankets, there wasn't any conditioner or lotion. Breakfast needs more attention.. Parking is ok. Customer service seems not to care to much. The best part is watching the pigeons on the roof.

Our stay exceeded expectations. We are passing through and needed parking for our 38 ft trailer and truck. I was a walk-in requesting a ground level room and easy access to the trailer. Moses, front desk staff, assigned us a wonderful suite. The Loves truck stop had our favorite Checkers Chicken for supper. Ari did our checked-out. Sally was the staffing the desk and well stocked breakfast. She even made fresh coffee for us. Being a Wyndham Rewards member really pays off.

Everything about this hotel was great. All employees we dealt with were very friendly. Byron was at the front desk on both days of our stay. He gave us a warm greeting. He provided us information on the area and good places to eat. He even came to our room to fix our tv. The hotel had a typical breakfast and also in the late afternoon had an appetizer. One evening they had potato soup - it was very good. The hotel was very clean. A very nice stay at an affordable hotel.

I had a very relaxing and peaceful experience with this hotel! Byron was so helpful throughout my stay and i stayed 7 nights with them. And everytime he was so friendly and polite with me i really do appreciate him and the staff there, I really respect worker that do their job and also make you feel good about the choice of hotel you choose.
