Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Orange an IHG Hotel

Very helpfull, quick and polite.Chassiday is always on point, room are always clean and well put together. I have been staying here since 2019 and have always been treated very good when I stay here. I travel forty eight weeks out of the year.So it's a pleasure when I have a good experience during one of my stays.

I will say we enjoyed our one-night stay here. The pool was extremely refreshing. They had some people grilling vegetables on a pit. The hotel has its own barbecue pits and a couple of water toys and goggles. There are about three tables out there and several chairs and lounge chairs. The pool water goes 3 to 5 feet in the middle, with a small fountain. Pool towels are given upon request. They have an ice machine and fitness center located near pool access. This hotel is great to escape the hot summer days and enjoy some fun in the sun and water. The rooms are spacious. The room had a minor water odor, but it could be from the cleaning supplies they use. I will say that some of the items in the room are out of date and need to be replaced, like the TV with cracks in the screen. The AC was wonderful. I think they had it set in a deep freezer, but I loved it. They have full-size bathroom toiletries, which is a plus. Even though I question whether they all contained Dove, they still smell good. The toilet will scare the heck out of you with one flush, but other than that, the hotel staff was excellent, friendly, and very accommodating. There is a small computer center by the front desk. The breakfast area is a nice size; you can sit there and watch TV, read, or eat. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. The kids will enjoy the pancake maker (push the button and two pancakes come out). I will definitely stay here again.

As a travel advisor for nearly 40 years, I have never experienced a hotelier not honoring terms of a group contract. This hotel did not disclose in a contract a 3rd and 4th person charge of $10 per person, per night. When the contractual terms were disputed after invoice was received, the hotel management did nothing to resolve the problem. This lack of contract disclosure cost my agency over $400. This church group was booked several months prior to arrival and rooms were decreased under contract attrition clause. Group was fully prepaid and rooming list provided before group arrived. Have never had a hotelier or a corporate brand such as IHG not honor terms of a contract. Do not recommend this hotel and will not use again for a group.

We have stayed at MANY HIE hotels. The room was very clean (some crumbs between the bed and nightstand), breakfast had many choices (including crisp bacon and real eggs), and the linens were perfect! The staff was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great for the city, the place was clean and the staff were nice. Open buffet breakfast was great and if you are in orange Texas this place is sufficient for a short stay. Location is near where I needed to be also
