This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns weāve stayed in for a long time. We stayed for 2 nights during the ice/snowstorm. We were stuck 35miles from the hotel on I-10 East for 5 hours due to an accident. We called ahead to let the hotel know we were still coming. Chasity was so understanding when we checked in at 1:30am. She made sure we had everything we needed. In the morning Lucy the hotel manager was quick to find out about road conditions for us & again whatever we needed. Lucy was doing front desk & breakfast by herself, because she was shorthand due to the weather. I have to say the breakfast was tasty, & hot which surprised me because anymore I need to always find a microwave if I want a hot breakfast. This hotel is a #10 . Very clean, carpets new, beds comfortable, towels are thick, bed linens feel new. Staying here felt like the Hampton Inns we used to stay in a few years ago when Hampton really cared about their hotel. Thank you Lucy for caring about your hotel & for all you & Chasity did for us. You definitely have the gift of hospitality, for you itās not just a job & it shows.

Not worth the money. They are not very pet friendly! I Have a tiny dog that stays in her crate and they are the first Hampton that wouldn't wavier the pet fee. I was very shocked and disappointed. The hotel was nice but not worth over 250.00. They had a nice variety for breakfast.

Stopped in again while visiting family in orange. Checking in was easy. Greeted by helpful, friendly young man at front desk. Room was clean, cool, quiet. Bathroom large. Had a great stay. Lobby and parking lot clean. No complaints, will stay again.

Old bed room smelled moldy. Paint dirty and not very clean. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed in. Staff was nice in mornings but was not during check in. Water had a not pleasant taste. Pool was closed for either health or maintenance.

The service desk was very pleasant and friendly. Also very helpful. I would say Iād like for it to have had better access to food and other conveniences.These would be the only things I would want to be different the most and that is to ensure that the bathroom is cleaner
