Hampton Inn & Suites Nacogdoches

My husband and I had a seamless experience with Demond at the front desk! The hotel is clean, rooms are clean, service exceptional. One thing: a door had a coffee stain on it, and I called for housekeeping only to learn they left for the day. But Demond came to our room immediately and cleaned it off! We just can't say enough about this man who takes pride in his job. We found out he's been here for 2 years, and it seems to me his work ethic is stupendous!

I made my reservations & paid online. After I checked in, they hit my credit card for an add'l charge. I questioned and I was advised it was for "Incidentals". I have never rec'd such a charge before. The available TV channels were the absolute pitts. Many would claim they were not connected to the internet. The lighting was horrible. I paid for a handicap accessible room which was a huge rip off. The commode was an old one and very low. There were no handicap rails. The bed was also too high off of the floor for a handicap person. 1st time to stay here and my last.

Alyssa checked us in for our one night stay. She was professional, helpful and sweet the entire evening. Being a single who had a long week and drove in on a non-stop 3 hour trip, let me tell you Alyssa was an Angel to my daughter and I. Even my 7 year old daughter noticed and said “Alyssa is my favorite!” Our room was very clean and the breakfast in the morning was good.

5/5 clean, quiet, would stay again. Stayed in a king suite, price was fair and the room was perfect. Big, clean, and all ammenities. Tv was a little wonky and would not stay upright, but nothing that couldnt be overlooked. Would highly recommend if traveling through

Nice hotel, friendly staff - conveniently located to restaurants and SFA campus. Our plans didnt allow us time to try breakfast but it smelled great - the coffee was delicious. Price was comparable to nearby spots that we have stayed at nut they were not as up to date as this hotel
