Best Western Lake Conroe Inn

The phone doesn’t work, bathroom doesn’t have handicap bars, outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work so you cannot use the coffee pot or the hairdryer. The door doesn’t want to stay shut. The bathroom door won’t stay shut. The vending machine is out of order and the ice machine has to be operated in a certain manner to get the ice to work. The breakfast was very skimpy. We stayed on the back side of the facility and there is no parking space outside your room. You have to park in the parking lot. I would not recommend this facility, especially if you are a senior citizen.

The staff have been accommodating since the 1st phone call. The rooms are extremely clean! Arrived yesterday and happy so far...2 more days as we are here for a wedding...the complementary breakfast was good coffee was great! Looking forward to laying by the pool tomorrow to keep cool from the Texas heat!!

Pet friendly with very easy access to walking your dog. Every room on the bottom floor on the back side of building has a gate that opens up into a field which makes it extremely easy to walk your pet.

As welcome as the staff was, these facilities are not clean at all from the bathroom to the pool. Be weary to not slip in the walkways due to leaky ac condensation everywhere.

Chose this as a better $$ option than staying at the expensive resort across the lake. With the added breakfast and great location, great check in experience, quiet, safe. All amenities working, fast WIFI, clean, comfy beds. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. Recommendation for evening meal at Pappa's on the lake, a 2 min drive, was spot on as well. Thanks to Pradip at the desk who worked both the evening shift and the next morning as well, always smiling.
