Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Monahans

The bathroom was horrible. Hair in the tub, soap scum 4 inch high in the tub. Obviously not clean at all. The floor and baseboards dark with dirt. Horrible. Would never return. The bed was comfortable with white comforter that I was told was changed with the sheets so that was clean

Bathroom was not cleaned well. The bathtub had hair and soap scum in it gross! The rest of the bathroom was not cleaned well. The baseboards were very dirty. Beds were fine. Not a place I would stay again.

Rhonda who is the manager of this property is very good at her job and goes the extra mile to make sure every one that stays at her hotel is satisfied to the fullest. She has helped me out every time I have had questions about my stay.. will stay here every time I am back in town .

Rhonda was extremely helpful and courteous. She goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience in adding our group to complete the tasks associated with our job. The rest of the staff was completely helpful and the rooms are kept in top condition to provide a great experience. Love staying here and would recommend to anyone.

The staff was great! They all went out of the way to make us comfortable. Great breakfast different each day not the same boring stuff. The rooms were clean and updated, had plenty of room . Great stay!
