WoodSpring Suites Midland

It’s fine for the many oil workers that stay there, but not good for families. The rooms are bare bones. It does have a kitchenette, but no utensils. The front desk staff were nice. Over all it was clean. It was not a place I would stay again, we left after one night.

Thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Tevin, who was very kind during a hard time in my life. My stay was for almost a month and I appreciate him and his staff. I felt safe knowing that he was on location a lot of the time during my stay. Thank you! Jennifer P.

Do not waste your time here if you plan on booking choose a different hotel, they won't honor the price that you book at even on their OWN website and then will proceed to charge you an additional price when you get there and not explain it to you when they should because it is all OPTIONAL, and they just expect you to pay it and shut your mouth. When in reality it is OPTIONAL like I said to pay but instead you have to contact the DM to get it taken care of and STILL haven't seen the refund for the charges and I am sure I will have to get back in touch with the DM (thankfully she was friendly, but I sure hate having to contact her over and over when staff is not doing their jobs). Every hotel always lets you exchange towels or sheets, but if you choose to use it as an extended stay they will only do it ONCE in a two week stay on whatever their scheduled day is. That is down right disgusting whether they are trying to keep costs down or not there should be NO reason not to let an extended stay guest change towels once or twice a week at most without charging them a fee or expecting them to wash their own clothes. And why could sheets not be changed at least once a week without charging someone or expecting them to wash them as well. If you stay one night they are of course going to change the sheets and all that, so it should be no different. If you don't want to have such low prices and keep the sheets and towels clean than you should keep it that, but that is the point of a EXTENDED stay to pay a little less cause you are booking so long and expect to be taken care of a LEAST A LITTLE. OH and get this; and extended stay suite with a full kitchen and icebox BUT they don't have pots, pans, dishes or silverware without charging you MORE money there too. That's not an extended stay - thats a joke. If someone wanted to pay to furnish their own place THEY COULD and it would cost less than two weeks to stay at this hotel in the long run because of all the things you have to buy, pay fees for and do yourself.... DO NOT STAY HERE. It's awful. Oh and watch out, apparently they add your company to it when your room has absolutely nothing to do with the company. In some places that could be part of a tax fraud if they are helping the company get deductions (not that I believe that is what they are doing here of course you never know, but none the less the company should not have been listed on the receipt as it wasn't with or through the company worked for).

Woodspring suites is a very clean Place. Tevin the asst mngr. Was really helpful. Always answering the phone to check if you had a problem. Helping me with directions. The GM Kenya was Also a blessing, helping with anything I needed. You want perfect, build it yourself. you want Clean,Quite, helpful, and respected. Woodspring Suites is the place...

Stayed here during a business trip and I must say I was pleased. The Manager Kenya was very nice and helpful the rooms were clean and the hotel was in a hood location I would definitely recommend this hotel.
