Great location, beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the pool, the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. Mary Hernandez did an outstanding job arranging our stay. I enjoyed my stay will definitely be coming back for another visit. Great location

I had such a great stay! Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. The staff was super friendly and social which made the atmosphere feel really welcoming. The noise level was just right peaceful but not eerily quiet. The room was super clean and cozy. The temperature was perfect and the blankets were so comfortable I had a hard time out of bed if wasn't for the motivation of breakfast which was a pleasant surprise! There was a lot of variety and everything I tried actually tasted good not just your typical bland hotel breakfast. . Definitely looking forward to my next stay!

This is the fourth or fifth time I've booked here for a work event and it is always a lovely and professional stay! The attention of care and detail does not go unnoticed and the facilities are clean and welcoming. I plan to rebook here every year for this annual work event.

I hosted a conference in the area and selected LQ-McAllen Conv Ctr as my host hotel for my conference speakers and it was an excellent choice!!! My speakers were extremely complimentary of the customer service, and loved the location, free breakfast and shuttle service!! Personally, I loved the outstanding customer service Mary J and her staff provided particularly their flexibility with last minute room additions and other changes. Her understanding of my logistical needs and willingness to work around those challenges allowed me to be 'worry-free', at least when it came to lodging needs. Thank you Mary J and LQ staff!!! Looking forward to continue working together!!
