They had a gas leak and fire alarm at 1am, and then no hot water in the morning. We had to wait outside for the fire department to clear the building, but the staff were really nice and brought us water. They should have been handing out beer. They still charged me full price.

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at in Lubbock, and we have tried many hotels. We also loved the location. It was very close to many restaurants and places to go. If you are looking for something close to the Texas Tech campus, you couldn't really get any closer.

Top tier hotel for a reasonable rate. Highly recommended. Breakfast was good. Check in was easy and timely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very nice hotel compared to your average hotel. A little more in price but worth it. Good location as well.

Everything was awesome. We had some left overs from a restaurant and didn't have plastic ware. The CS downstairs brought us some with in a couple minutes. Awesome Customer service. We were staying for the night to drive the next day. Beds were comfy and room was very clean.

I reserved two beds in a room way in advance and even check in and called last minute to tell me only had queen beds available and offered no compensation for that inconvenience. I could cancel and all area hotels were full or take what they had.
