The cleanest and most utterly respectful staff I have came across in a very long time , ended up needed more towels and the manager was immediate and very helpful, would recommend this hotel for any occasion! Down to the staff and cleanliness of the rooms the hot tub the breakfast assortment down to a T.

Gave our room away, we were greeted by a man growling at us in the room we were assigned. Then offered nasty mattress to lay on floor. We did not stay because we were getting covered in flea bites and then they charged me for two rooms when we did not even stay in one. Tried to call and discuss and they just put me on never ending hold.

All of the workers were really nice, not to mention super helpful when it came to deciding what to eat for lunch or dinner and the breakfast was very delicious. Everything was nice and clean, especially the bathrooms! I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Be very careful with this hotel. They will double charge you!!!! I booked my room through Hotels.com. When I checked in for my room they asked for a credit for incidentals. I provided them a card which they swiped. When I checked my account they charged me for the full room that had already been paid by hotel.com. I ended up paying over $340 for a one night stay. When you call to try to get a refund they just leave you on hold and never come back on the line. Very shady hotel!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms and great privileges. The staff was amazing. I will recommend this hotel for any reason. The rooms were very clean and water was warm in the hot tub and swimming pool. Thank you so much 😊😊 This is a great place to stay and visit.
