Days Inn by Wyndham Longview South

When I arrived, there was a lady on staff and she was very rude and there was no hospitality at all I mean she was furious I came in. I thought nothing of it after we get our bags unpack, and got settled. We noticed the bathroom door was then opened the bathroom door and it smelled like mildew and manure. Four of the six outlets don’t work already tried all the switches to make sure it wasn’t an off switch for the socket. Then I proceeded to get in the bed and try to connect to the Wi-Fi on my phone. It didn’t wanna connect then I called up to the front office and told her that it didn’t want to connect and she assured me that the Wi-Fi was working and told me the same password on my hotel key. I proceeded to try the Wi-Fi on the TV and it didn’t work so I ask is there any other Wi-Fi I could use. She said no. Next day I go to work and I come back to this hotel I paid for 2 nights and the Wi-Fi is still down. I told her that I have emails to send out to superintendent and project managers and I’d like to watch TV or be able to connect to the Wi-Fi when you advertise Wi-Fi. Then I went down there with my son to complain not to be a Karen and she done added a new Wi-Fi on there that doesn’t work or connect at all, but you don’t need a password. So now I’m sitting here with no Wi-Fi down 200 bucks and looking at the advertised hotel that says they have Wi-Fi. They also say they have breakfast. Well when me and my son went down there for breakfast on a Saturday morning there was stale cereal, milk that’s bad because Friday night I had noticed the fridge was off and Saturday morning. I had noticed it was on with the same milk. They also advertise hot breakfast on their ad. No hot breakfast just warm smelly milk and stale cereal. This was a great place to stay if you were staying one night and needed no amenities the rooms were nice. Never staying here again and to point out the staff, the same lady been up there the whole weekend and hasn’t helped anybody. Mold everywhere other then the room.

Very convenient to interstate and recently remodeled. Decent restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were nice. Cleanest I have stayed in, in a while. The breakfast was only a waffle maker. There was no butter or syrup though, so kinda was pointless to have the waffle maker . All in all we had a good stay.

This is simply not somewhere you want to stay. There are so many nicer places in the area for just a few bucks more a night. I, of course, went the cheap route, thinking that I was saving money. Not worth it.

Worst one-night hotel stay. Drug addicts live in the hotel rooms. There are cockroaches. The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns. I could go on and on. Manager refuse to address the issues that I brought up at checkout.
