I am staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Lewisville-Vista Ridge Mall, TX, and Iâm very pleased with my experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has nicely renovated roomsâperfect for both families and business travellers. A special thank you to Shakina at the front desk for her outstanding service! She is kind, professional, and always greets guests with a warm smile, making everyone feel truly welcome. Her hospitality made my stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Shakina for her exceptional service!

Front Desk team member are very caring and are passionate in giving excellent service.. Jaya is one of the best, along with Ms. Elizabeth, Anthony and Alex. The room I stayed in for six days is very comfortable, the only thing that can be added will be king pillows, maybe upon request. Breakfast is good. I love the waffles

Arrived by hire car from Austin, excellent location with free parking, check in was a little slow due to computer issues but we got to the room with some assistance. Last stop of our tour and chosen for location to malls ,vista ridge is not as popular as it has been, other malls are accessible and excellent just a 10 minute drive. location to airport was great. Breakfast buffet style = very good. Flew home to Wales Uk after a x2 night stay.

The Check in process was easy. Check in and out employee David was pleasant and friendly. The hotel was clean. Our room was clean. Rooms were comfortable. No issues arose during our stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was great within five minutes from our event. Restaurants, shopping, and gas nearby.

The general manager was VERY rude. When a newly hired staff made some mistakes and charged me 2 extra times after I booked hotel through the 3rd party, which showed up on my credit card statement. I politely and patiently waited her explanations, but she doesn't listen at all to me, and started yelling at me, saying they are refunding me 1 charge, not a chance I can tell them that the 2 charges on my credit card statement...
