Due to the poor customer service and speciffically the terrible manager of this candlewood suites I will not stay in another. Had been at hotel for long stay (over one month) I checked out because of a verbal argument with manager of botle shampoo. Hope you realize not only took my business to another hotel, I removed my patronage from Kenedy, TX and county. As a business traveler 200+ nights annually I not only report this hotel management to public, but ihg will lose my business.

Was on a family vacation to the coast as we decided to stop and stay in Kenedy Tx. Upon arriving this hotel definitely made us feel at home! The check in process was great , Aliyah gave us the lay out of the hotel she was so sweet. General manager called to check on us shortly after checking in to make sure everything was to our liking. The room was was so clean and smelled fresh! I must say I’ve never had such a great experience at a hotel. We stopped at the desk to check out and Esther was absolutely amazing. We know were we will be staying on our next trip great job Candlewood!! 🙂🙂

hotel very dirty infested with spiders and snakes there room stink rooms are not fully clean Dominica is very rude she curses at guest always on her phone same with Aaliyah and Amanda and the rest of the staff always leaving the desk unattended to run to stores and do errands also I seen an employee buying and selling drugs at this candlewood in Kenedy will never return here every again

From the moment I made a reservation the staff Ms. Guzman was very helpful and very nice! My family and I stayed 2 nights and it was very comfortable. The front desk receptionist Esther was very helpful as well made sure my family and myself had a great stay. Good job Candlewood Kenedy TX!

The managers aren't helpful and very rude at all and when trying to solve problems they don't answer the phone and when they do they hang up on you.They give you a run around and aren't proficient at problem solving.The shower was filthy.The only pleasant thing about the stay was checkout. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!
