Isabel at the front is the perfect combination of hospitality and attentiveness. She was there when we checked in at 9pm and again the next morning at 10am. Always with a smile. Good free breakfast, clean, fun location-helpful texts. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay! I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff is accommodating, extremely clean large room, very convenient to the interstate and they make a great cup of coffee. Really enjoyed their breakfast bar. This hotel will be my go to when traveling through Katy.

Horrible! Walls are paper thin. Can hear next room conversations clearly. Seems to be permitting low incoming housing families to board there. Not what I paid for, when planning my vacation. Housekeeping did not arrive for three days, and after three requests to the front desk. Do not book your stay here

We had a great stay! Room was nice with kitchen being an added bonus. Kids loved the indoor pool. Having laundry facilities is always nice also. Hotel had ample parking and was in a great location. Right near Katy Mills Mall and other activities. Close enough to go to downtown Houston for the day but away from the busyness and traffic of the city.

This hotel may deserve a bit over 3 stars compared to basic hotel rooms, but maybe a bit below 3 compared to other suites. Great location (walk to restaurants), has nearly all the amenities (indoor pool, fire pit, coin-op laundry, free breakfast, but no hot tub). Our (K bed) suite had a full kitchen and a separate bedroom with a door, great for a couple or single person. But with our adult son using the sofa bed the room was really small, and there were some other small annoyances showing that the hotel management could do better. Guests sleeping in the living room don't have access to a bathroom or without going through the bedroom. Vanity is separate from the toilet & shower bathroom (thats good), but the closet & bathroom doors are very close together & both in the way of the vanity (tight quarters when 2 people are getting ready). Our K bed had Q (or maybe full size) sheets that barely reached the mattress edge, and a bed skirt was being used as a blanket (see photo). We didn't use the fire pit area but noticed some chairs out there were missing cushions. At breakfast, the toaster had clear tape over one pair of slots. Considering that they could get an insta-cart delivery of a $10 toaster probably before breakfast is over, there's really no excuse for that (same for the awkward bedding, for that matter). I would stay again, primarily because management responded well to another issue so I have hope they will improve the fixable issues.
