Place is really dirty. Ripped furniture, dirty floor, the flattest pillows. Breakfast area tables not wiped, dirty floor. In the room the dining seat had dirt. The desk chair was also dirty. Only stayed for 2 nights. Check in was easy and the guy at the front desk was nice.

Hotel was nice but I was double charged and have been waiting over a week for my refund! No one will answer the phones at the hotels. It was escalated to the GM who still has not gotten back to me. Getting charged over $300 twice is not okay- I’ve contacted Marriott and tried to reach the hotel with no answer still.

This hotel is very bare minimums. Supposedly eco-friendly type environment. White walls, basic everything. Room: Bed is comfortable. They only provide two towels. No good channels on TV so limited selection. No NBC, ABC, golf channel etc. Restaurant: excellent food, providing fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh hash brown patties, but the staff didn’t keep up with garbage. So many people at breakfast. The dining area is vey loud. Pool area is tiny. Minimal shade outside, especially by pool so water is too warm. Not really impressed what we paid. Other choices in the Katy area that are more welcoming.

Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast attendant were very friendly. Went above and beyond when I asked for anything. Room was clean upon arrival. Nice pond behind the hotel with a paved walking trail to walk. Safe area as well. Stayed for 4 days and have no complaints.

DON'T STAY HERE. I could just say that but I will say that this should not be a Marriott property. The building appears to be relatively new, but the insides are worn out and overall cheap and somewhat creepy feeling. When I checked in I was told the elevator just went out that morning, that was a lie. Reviews from several days prior stated that the elevators were out then as well. So, I had to carry my bags up to the third floor. Tried to call the front desk for a wake up call, the phone didn't work either. The thermostat was stuck at 70 no matter what I tried. The worst of it all were the bathroom towels. Both had stains and were completely worn out. So I used the hand towels to dry off. Bottom-line, just stay somewhere else. This is place is rachet.
