Motel 6 Jourdanton TX

Rude service! They wouldn’t give us a military discount or even accept my Military ID to check in. To top it off they wanted me to pay more money for my twins to stay it states online “kids stay free”!

What you would expect from a motel this not gonna be like a Hampton Inn or anything like it so I dont expect that. This motel was easy check inn and fairly clean. I would stay here again for the price.

After 6 days of being here we were told that we had to check out on the 7th day at 11 am! No explanation !!! They said “all rooms were booked” how does our room get booked while we’re here staying and paying !? Also, there are a dozen open / empty rooms here at this moment . They say they’re all booked for “workers “ well a) we are here for work from Mississippi and b) we are current paying customers so I am just flabbergasted . The receptionist told me she doesn’t understand either that her manger just told her we have to check out on the 7th day at 11am. We are here out of state working for four months and this is how we get treated after 6 days ? We have worked on the road for 5 years and have never been told such a thing . Also, they say pet friendly but they didn’t come in our room one time for room service . They stood at the door after knocking every morning at 9 am and watched us take the sheets off the beds , empty trash , and get our linen together to swap our for new linen . They didn’t come in and sweep and mop unless we weren’t in the room , including the dogs . We have a Shih Tzu and eb puppy and both very friendly . They were rude . Couldn’t give me an explanation . And the toilet ran 24/7 for our entire stay. Overall rude people who lie. The receptionist upfront was overall nice and I feel like she really didn’t understand why we had to leave either . She said her manager would be in the next morning at 8 am and to talk to him . But it’s a waste of time if they don’t want us to stay we won’t . Not gonna be treated like this from anyone . They all acted like we are a problem here . Yes we have 2 dogs but they say “ pet friendly “ and yes we have a 5 year old and a 3 year old. Maybe they’re not “kid friendly” I didn’t think to ask them that but I guess from here on out I will defiantly have to ask . Oh and to top it all off, we have a friend / coworker who is staying here too and he does NOT have to leave because “ they’re booked for workers “ . He checked in the night we did . So what’s that tell yal?

After having the Pleasanton studio 6 deny I had a reservation and try to charge me $20 dollars more than reservation price I came here. The gentleman at the front desk matched the reservation rate and gave me a ground floor room. The room was clean, the internet was fast. And everything was in great shape! They saved my night.
