This is a dump. The rooms are shoddy and they smell like mildew. The staff is essentially useless when requesting specific services. The breakfast is very limited and less value than Holiday Inn. The owner of the property is only concerned about money vs service delivery. This property does not meet the standards of the Marriott brand. There are better places with friendlier people, better service and staff own aim to please the tenants. I will never stay at this property ever.

While the accommodations were decent, we were charged for damage we did not cause. We were accused of bringing a pet and we did not. We presented proof that we did not have a pet but the manager, Mr. Patel, continued to accuse us of causing damage that we did not cause.

Do not stay here, they will scam you with false accusations that you damaged their hotel room, even if you did not. I had stayed here two times before but never again. My roommate and I left the room in good condition just as we had the previous 2 times, yet the Manager (who is hard to reach) Pratham Patel and his housekeeping team falsely accused us of bringing a dog that caused hotel damage and he charged us double what the room cost for these damages that we did not cause. Four days after our stay, he sent us photos of damage that we didn't see or cause in our hotel room and the photos could have been of any room because they all look the same. We are from another state and submitted proof that we traveled without a dog and submitted letters from colleagues with us on our out of state trip who testified that we did not have any animals with us on our trip and that we did not do any hotel damage. He preyed on two students from another state to make more money. He sent us pictures that showed dog feces on the rug and damage that we did not do on the couch and carpet. We did not cause this damage and when I repeatedly asked him to investigate who actually did this by please checking the cameras, the manager ignored my camera footage requests every time I asked. This is strange, as our hotel room was next to the housekeeping supply closet on the 2nd floor of the B building. You would think that they would have a camera there that he could check to see that we are telling the truth. I didn't even know dogs were allowed in this hotel. I should've known now thinking back that something was strange on this trip seeing as a little after I checked in, a cleaning lady barged in, looked shocked that I was in there and then backed away saying sorry. The manager did not know why that cleaning lady had done that. So if the manager doesn't know what mistakes his cleaning crew does, then how can he call simply asking the head of housekeeping to double check that the damages were reported to our room as a "thorough investigation." Maybe their cameras don't work so that's also a security risk for travelers. I donât know what this manager is covering up by not wanting to check the cameras, but I really just wanted my money back because my roommate and I did not cause any hotel damage and weâre poor students. Avoid at all costs. *Update* Manager acknowledged that we may have not brought a pet but we still have to pay him double our original hotel fee because he doesnât want to investigate more. He really doesnât care about his repeat customers.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff is super friendly. But, There is a major breakdown in communication between the front desk and other staff. Our TV in the living room was not working. Called the front desk they said maintenance would be right over. Hours later and many phone calls to the front desk, come to find out there was NO maintenance on sight that day. The other huge issue was the get our room cleaned. We had asked to have our room cleaned very other day. We would let the front desk know when we would be out of the room so they could clean. EVERY time we came back from being out of the room for several hours (3-5 hours), our room was never done. One time they only cleaned 1/2 our room. The other half was left dirty. So we had to call them back in to finish cleaning. It was a mess. The pool was great except no lounge chairs. The breakfast was good. Had a good verity and had alternative milk which was awesome. The price was reasonable. We are on fence if we will come back or not.

Aleece at the front desk was so great! We had a family member get sick and needed a little more time in the room and she was so understanding. My whole time there, the staff was super sweet and helpful. If I had to complain about something, it would be there feather pillows. They aren't my favorite. However, it is so nice having 2 rooms and a living room. Everyone was able to wind down in their own space!
