TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North Irving

My vehicle was broken into, and I won't stay here again. There are hood rats wandering around the lobby and parking lot- looking in vehicles, asking for money & carrying food out of breakfast area in the mornings. It's depressing, but I've stayed there often on business because it was familiar and I've had good experiences with other Marriott properties. There's a skanky Budget Inn nearby, and run down apartments bordering south parking lot. There are much better options in area in this price range. In most Marriotts, they'll accommodate you if there's any inconvenience, or problem. Not this one.

Dalton, was SUPPER as my shuttle driver, with being attentive to the fact I’m older and required his support when entering and exiting the vehicle so as not to fall. Also with understanding my nervousness. Such a sweet young man. Darra, at the front desk, was AMAZING. She recognized the stressed condition I arrived in. She escorted me to a chair, provided water and encouragement to stay seated until I quit shaking. And arranged for the shuttle for me. She went above and beyond her job.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Clean rooms and the shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and quick. Jon and Dalton were both great drivers. It was an unexpected overnight stay due to a flight delay and they made the process stress free.

Great place! Shuttle driver Benson was so nice and helpful! We use park and fly at this location and love it! Rooms are clean and staff are friendly! Will definitely stop here again on our future trips! One of the nicest Towne Place Suites we have stayed at before!

On our way to Cabo my partner and I got caught in a snow storm in Dallas, Texas. Our flight was grounded at DFW airport. After hopelessly trying to find a hotel we got lucky and got this Gem of a Hotel. We have stayed here previously some time ago and the second time around was just as wonderful. Its a casual all suite with kitchen hotel. Rooms were clean. Gym is small but functional. The entire staff is friendly and helpful with all accommodations. Coffee bar is stocked to the hilt and available 24 hours. Breakfast was always hot, neat and delicious. I needed gluten free options and asked the breakfast staff Stacey, if any were available she quickly gave me some muffins Udi's which are my favorite and some bread by a brand that I was unaware existed. Also good! Will definitely stay here again but, hopefully under better circumstances Entire staff deserves 5 stars!!!
