Standard Residence Inn: clean, safe, usual good breakfast. Pleasantly surprised by warmth of the staff especially Cara the shuttle driver. Only negative is having to drag bags out of the check in/main area back outside in the freezing cold to open yet another keyed door to get to room.

What an absolute dump with a rude staff to boot. Pullout couch was unacceptable, room had a moldy, stale smell. The front desk clerk rolled her eyes when I walked up and said hello. Breakfast was terrible and I'm very glad I was only there for a few hours.

Within 5 minutes after check in I could hear loud noise from airplanes passing over head. 15 mins later and hearing airplane number 4 I checked out. The front desk clerk told me I would still be charged for the room. I have twice requested a manager call me to discuss compensation. I've gotten no response. I opened a case with Bonvoy services, the hotel closed the case with no explanation. This is the worst hotel experience I have had in many years.

The rooms were outdated, moldy, and awkward. The room was missing a couch cushion. The layout of the rooms is confusing and hard to navigate. The hotel charged me for it and said I took it, which just added insult to injury. Horrible establishment.

We were disappointed with our stay here as the front desk staff was slow to stop people from playing basketball in the outside courtyard between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM on each night of our stay at this Residence Inn. Sometimes inconsiderate guests do Not think about others trying to get sleep.

The three-floor property's 100 studio one- and two-bedroom suites all come with a sitting area with sofa bed and a full kitchen with two-burner stovetop microwave full refrigerator dishwasher coffee/tea maker toaster cookware and tableware. Fee Wi-Fi and a flat-panel TV: that's entertainment. Two-bedroom suites have fireplaces. Wakey wakey eggs and bakey. The hotel serves a free hot breakfast with a rotating menu of scrambled eggs bacon or sausage waffles biscuits and gravy potatoes pastries muffins fruit yogurt coffee juice and more.
