I rented room 157 on 02/28/2025 using Priceline. My checkout was Supposed to be 03/02/2025. I arrived at the motel after midnight 03/01/2025 and the front desk clerk would not allow me to check in without paying an additional $30 which their booking partner Priceline never mentioned, what I paid Priceline was supposed to be the total amount. Anyways I extended the stay The night of 03/01/2025 changing the checkout date to 03/03/2025 again using Priceline. On 03/02/2025 the front desk clerk forces me to come to the front at 2:30 pm saying I'm order for me to stay I would be required to pay them this $30 fee once again this time telling Priceline it was a early check in fee, let me remind you they had already extorted me on night one for this fee, the 2nd time they tried I refused to pay it so they gave me 10 minutes to leave the property or he would call the police. Both front desk and Priceline refused to refund my money which I requested since I paid until the following day, they are crooks, the stay sacked had drug addicts getting high and drunks fighting all night outside my room that was in front of stairs. No remote for TV. They have a store built into front lobby where you can buy pre rolled Marijuana. Only stayed her because it was cheap, until they thought they could keep robbing MD. I recommend not doing business with this motel I plan on leaving bad reviews against these crooks as well as code enforcement about the conditions there. I hope people read this end it helps to decide to stay elsewhere

I have stayed at this place three times over the past month and found it generally satisfactory for the price. However, my experience with the manager, Alex, was notably negative. Upon my arrival, there was no remote in my room, and despite requesting one, I went to the office on the third day to retrieve it myself. I also asked Alex to send someone to change my towels, but no one came. On the fourth day, I tried to use the house phone to call the office, but it rang for eight minutes without an answer. When I used my cell phone, it rang for five minutes before Alex finally picked up. I requested a full turnover of my room, but when the staff knocked at 9 AM while I was still asleep, I asked them to return later. They never did, so I called the front office and spoke to Alex again. This time, he was irate and accused me of making it my problem for turning the staff away. I explained my side, but he was dismissive and claimed their cleaning schedule was separate from my request. When I asked again about the sheets, he said his staff was on break and that he didn’t care, even after I mentioned a potential review. He then insulted me, saying, “F*** you and your family, you b****.” I told him I would report this to the owner, to which he replied he didn’t care. Overall, this experience left me very dissatisfied with my stay. The cleaning lady come let me know she would return tomorrow because they don’t have secondary sheets to replace they wash on site. She was nice, sweet!

They try to offer you an upgrade for $25 for the same disgusting room upon check in. I declined. They charged a $25 security deposit that still has not been refunded a month later. When I called about it, they hung up the phone. Other online reviews suggest the same thing. The first room they gave me was used, dirty unmade bed, used towels. The manager accused me of messing up the bed even though I called within 3 minutes of getting the key. I had to wait in the hot TX sun for a new room. That room had a bed that was made, but a tv that did not work, a broken fan in the bathroom, dirt on the floor, hair in the tub, extremely cheap old towels and they refused to give me additional towels. Noisy people outside, bright lights coming in the windows, clients that appeared to be working by the hour. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've had along with very unpleasant front desk and phones with all the keys pulled off of them so you can't even call the front desk. Staying in your car would be better than this experience here. I'm not a picky person as long as the rooms are clean and feel safe. This place is the worst, and on top of it is fraudulent about the deposit. Do not stay here.

The rooms vary between par and subpar. The first room I was sent to was a nightmare and the elevator was broken. The next room was much better but the housekeeping is horrible. One roll of tp. The beds haven’t been made. The towels haven’t been replaced. They don’t empty the trash. The TV has 6 of the most random and unentertaining cable channels. It would’ve been better if the TV just had an antenna. If I would’ve read honest reviews I would’ve considered another place. I will say my choices were limited from the beginning because I was trying to find something pet friendly. It is pet friendly though they were more expensive then Motel 6 that charges a max of $75/stay. Here I was told $7/day plus tax so if you have an extended stay it will be more than $75.
