Hampton Inn Dallas Irving Las Colinas

Hampton Inn Dallas Irving Las Colinas is a rather nice hotel in an upscale area of Dallas near the airport. The room was very nice and the staff was decent. However, the breakfast was a bit sparse and felt incongruent with the quality of the hotel. The reason that I chose this hotel was that I needed a nice and reasonably priced room with AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE to DFW. I needed this shuttle service due to having to return my rental car early and my need to be at the airport for an early flight. The hotel claims to have this service but THEY DO NOT. I was informed that the shuttle service had been discontinued a few months ago. This created all sorts of additional and unexpected costs in time and money on my end. I would have been better off in terms of cost and time staying at a hotel by the airport.

I stayed here for a night as I had business in the area. Check in was efficient and I loved the cookies at the check in desk! My room had everything I needed and the toiletries in the bathroom were full bottles which I prefer since I have long hair. My room had a fridge and microwave which were handy. It was quiet here I was not interrupted by any noise all evening or in the morning. The pool looked nice for when I have business trips in the summer to unwind. I will stay here again as my business travels bring me to the area weekly.

Check in process was smooth. Courteous staff. Easy check out . Rooms were outdated. Air didn't work well. Breakfast was lackluster and minimalist.the location was convenient. It was fine for the night

Perfect from check in to check out. Collies at check-in was a nice treat. Clean comfortable room. Big breakfast with many options. Close to Irving Arts Center. DFW airport. We’d stay here again when traveling.

Hampton is a great and decent hotel at Irving Texas, It has great hospitality with good dining service and good house keeping service too. I have stayed in the hotel for 03 days at Room 416 and enjoyed my comfortable stay. They have smooth check in process with smiling faces, rooms are spacious with comfort details. Breakfast buffet is also nice with good choices of hot and cold buffet both, they have good coffee station too, you can have great breakfast with pool view too, Restaurant is big and offering comfort sittings. Hotel has pool at ground level, adjacent to restaurant which you can enjoy they have decent gym at the same floor. Housekeeping service is so good i must say, one mexican lady did fantastic job in terms of turn down and room cleaning service.
