Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

Generally very good staff, but the bill was wrong and I made the mistake of paying top dollar (I should have done more research but it's a shame when you find yourself paying above the odds for the limited ameneties) for an average experience. location fine. Rooms OK but noisy ac. Won't be back

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room, while no-frills, was very clean and tidy. It was quiet even though I was on the first floor. Beds were a tad soft for my taste but very comfy.

Chris at the front desk was able to accommodate me at 4am when I was locked out of my apartment. Thank you Chris. Rooms were clean & welcoming. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to a friend. The breakfast was delicious as well, get the burrito

This place could be nice under correct management. The owners provide housekeeping every other day to save money. Not marriott standard. High speed internet is worthless, 1.5mbps, good luck working from hotel. Pool has rust on the bottom, not sure how this is possible. TV is from 2010. Half the floor ac does not work in hallways so it stinks of mold. 2 nights in a row the locals held a loudest bass thumping car in parking lot. Marriott needs to de-flag this hotel.

Checked in late at night. Bliss front desk was very helpful and friendly.Has worked there for several years. Very passionate and making sure you have 5star service. Hotel has balcony with chairs and table facing courtyard.Very peaceful and quiet. Does not feel like you are in the city. Staff at check out very friendly and helpful. Bell from area knows great places to dine.
