La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston Humble Atascocita

when I come to Humble Tx I usually stay here at La Quinta. Great place to stay. Very helpful and kind staff and good service. Room is nice and spacious. My room was clean. Really nice breakfast area and good hotel food. at the end I had a pleasant stay

The front staff was amazing… check in was a breeze… it was a small alteration on my floor as soon as the staff heard about it they came up and took care of it didn’t hear nothing else for the remainder of our stay.. overall the hotel was a great place to stay

This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at for starters right when I walked in my room I noticed the floors are covered in scratches and are lifting up in many spots which sucks but I was like "it's fine". then I noticed almost the the furniture is scratched or patched in some way and the beds are covered in stains. Which is disgusting. I also noticed the shower looked like it was falling apart and when I turned it on brown reddish water came out. At this point I didn't even want to be here anymore. I highly recommend you find some where else.

The room was ok for the most part. The guests upstairs were really loud, which is usual for sound to travel so well through hotels that are usually structured to be better on sound, but it sounded like they were heavy and about to fall through the ceiling, so I didn't sleep well. I tried the jacuzzi and it looks like that are hasn't been maintained with tape all over the flooring and the tables with thick dirt stains. Otherwise the breakfast was standard and the place is decorated nicely for Christmas. I think the hotels I'm used to just are maybe a southern standard on the southeast, because I haven't come across any good ones in Texas yet.

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was the best all 4 days we were there. Stay was nice and quiet. Hot tub water needed to be warmer it was more like a cold tub and needed more drink options in lobby. Front desk people were awesome the whole time.
