Towneplace Suites by Marriott Houston Westchase

I visited Houston to assist a loved one after back surgery. Marina at the front desk was so courteous and supportive in my time of need and I will never forget her compassion. The property was centrally located for my needs, and it was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent customer service! Marina a real one for taking our experience one step further! Not only did she enable us to use the grill and their stuff but she also supplied us with some more food just making things that much more better! Definitely look forward to my next visit. As a matter of fact I’ll stay here until the end of the summer.

The check in at the front desk was wonderful thanks to Marina who was looking out for the best rate available for me. Thanks for the great customer service Marina! The room was nice and clean, but the mattress sagged a bit. I would definitely stay here again!

My flight into Houston was delayed multiple times, leading to an early morning arrival at the hotel instead of the expected late-night check-in. Despite informing the hotel of my delay and being assured it wouldn’t be an issue, my experience upon arrival was far from welcoming. Upon entering the hotel, I was asked to wait while the front desk manager held a public staff meeting, addressing poor performance right at the front desk. This delay, coupled with the lack of urgency or empathy from the manager when I mentioned my situation, left a poor first impression. Thankfully, other staff members like Sam, Antoinette, Tiffany, and Ashlee later provided a positive and professional experience, making me feel more comfortable. However, the initial cold reception still leaves me questioning my choice of hotel for future stays.
