So I'm not the one to write reviews unless service was horrible. But me and my family stayed her from Friday-Sunday. I noticed that we did not have hot water Friday evening after check in. I called down to the front desk and was told that everything on their end looks good but someone will be there the next morning to take a look at it. We had 2 children with us and I had to boil water in order for them to take a warm bath, because I refused to have them take a cold one when it's 50 degrees outside. So fast forward to the next morning and still no hot water, so they decided to move us to another room where again, there was no hot water. So this time before moving us again, I went to the next room with the lady at the front desk and the hot water was working. This was around 3:00p. Around 7:00p we left to take our kids to their grandparents house, came back and took a shower and the water was fine. Me and my BF went out that night and came back to get in the shower and the water was back cold. Went down and spoke with the front desk the next morning and was given a key to the room next to us to take a hot shower and the water was also cold in that room. So when we checked out I was told to fill out a form and the manager would call me when she comes in. 4 days later and never received a call. So I called the hotel and spoke with Nikita (However you spell it) the "manager" and she told me she can't do anything about it because we booked through a third party company. She stated we didn't pay them, so how can she refund us if they didn't get paid which doesn't make sense because companies don't rent out rooms and don't receive a profit off of it. So I asked her for corporates # and she said she didnt have it but I can look them up online. When I googled Cube Hospitality, the website didn't work and the # provided went straight to VM. So moral of the story, if you're okay with bathing in cold water, then be my guess and stay here, but if you like hot water like I do, DO NOT STAY HERE ! Because they're only going to offer points to accommodate you. I refused the offer because I do not have an account and do not stay at hotels often. Also, the breakfast was very low grade. They had powered eggs, biscuits and gravy as breakfast. No sausages, bacon, or anything like that. But the location was perfect. 2 mins away from grocery stores and food places.

The house keeping at this hotel is non existent. There was mold growing in the coffee machine, lights in the room didn’t work, there was a used face mask in the lobby. The woman at the front desk, Tiffany Chadwick was very rude and threatening.

I am giving them only a 4 star because some of the staff aren't customer first. Considering I work customer service and have been for 22 years. I've always been taught to put the customer first. Especially when the staff makes a mistake. Unfortunately, I had an experience with my account here and the property manager was not willing nor did he provide any accommodations to fix the issue. However, there was ONE staff member who is AMAZING!! Cici!! She is the best!! She was very accommodating when my family needed. She is amazing to talk to and very professional. She showed me how to book my rooms with using my points. Cici is just loving and amazing as a whole. Other than the customer service, the rooms, specifically the suites was amazing! It is HUGE!! It's spacious and has plenty of storage. I love the fact it has the availability to cook in the room. The property is very clean and peaceful. It is conveniently located to some shopping, food and groceries. They keep the pool maintenance up. The gym is great. It has some great equipment and a range to choose from. They serve a hot breakfast every morning. It was pretty good for the most part. I would definitely recommend.

This is great hotel. The GM, The Director of Sales-Tiffany and from desk especially CeCe are great and very accommodating. They operate in a spirit of excellence!!! Love it

Place was accommodating. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was clean. You'll meet and be greeted by very friendly staff throughout. I highly recommend their full-kitchen rooms and suites. Parking is free and adequate.
