Residence Inn By Marriott Houston Westchase

I received terrible service from manager Mario. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I travel everywhere and this was by far my worst experience with a hotel rep. He aggressively, falsely accused me of not requesting a late check out, after I actually did, and got my keycard reactivated on camera. There was also clogs of dirt on the tables in the guest room. I let the manager know, and he asked if I wanted to leave the hotel. Terrible service.

Such a friendly environment with the good staff members. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Receptionist always ready to help. Melanie an others were great. I was there for 7 nights with my brother and we felt at home. Good breakfast and central to everywhere thatvwe needed to visit.

Does not live up to Marriott expectations. Room key at first didn't work. Shower temperature is hard to control. Dirt and whatnot on sofa bed, which did not come with bedding. Tears and rips on sofa and chair fabric. Kitchen only has one spoon. Only reason for 2 stars is that breakfast was tasty and had good selection.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and service oriented. Especially Renee! I have stayed at a lot of hotels before and this was one of the best ever. It is also in a great neighborhood with lots to do and shop nearby and though it is in the city, it was very quiet and peaceful to sleep at night.

Excellent customer service, the cleaning staff is great, I loved my experience. The staff who serve this hotel in all its departments know precisely how to serve a guest well. They are always willing to help and provide comfort and convenience to the guest. Their attitude of serving is their best ally. Congratulations. On the other hand, the location of the Hotel and its cleanliness are two additional positive factors that incline the preference for this Hotel. I will gladly return to this hotel and I recommend it to a high degree.
