Enjoyed our stay over Christmas while visiting family. Kids had fun in the clean indoor pool and making mini waffles at well stocked breakfast. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and quiet. Conveniently located with easy access to freeway. Weād come back again.

I stayed at this motel for almost a month. We had a room that was a three room suite. We also loved the fact that the motel was pet, friendly and handicapped accessible. We noticed a broken glass bottle in the parking lot. We requested it to be picked up but this never happened. No complaints really except for the fact that, somebody was smoking cigars or reefer in the hallways and it put me into an asthma attack and I had to go to the ER the first night. The second night was OK we stayed in lower hotel room.We had some heavy footed people above us so my advice would be staying in the third floor, whenever possible to prevent the noise, the staff were excellent. There was a few that stood out Leslie Dominique and Will there is a coin operated in the hotel so make sure you take quarters itās 250 for a wash and two dollars for a dry but if you turn the dryer on and put in an extra one or 2/4 it seems to dry better even though on high heat. It still doesnāt dry as well unless you put extra coins in it. The breakfast has quite a variety and Dominique does her best to make sure that you have a good selection. The rooms are cleaned about every three days but the staff are very helpful if you need new towels or blankets, thereās a market at the desk and thereās also a standup business station, which I would like for it to be a confidential enclosed private station with a chair especially if you have to make business calls or transactions on the computer. There is an exercise room off the laundry in the pool area dollar tree close by within driving distance for there is a car wash next-door. There is a Jack-in-the-Box down the road and a gas station with a car wash but no vacuum. I would utilize again, but just beware the distance is close to 290 and you have to go across town to get to the other side like Pasadena and Deer Park. Walmart is not far away and neither is target. There is an emergency room across the street HCA North Cypress.

This hotel has probably been skating by for awhile based on the fact that it is still relatively new (opened 2016, as far as I can tell). But it is already beginning to show its age. The hotel is built with cheap materials painted gray to look modern, but the look is growing tired. There are drop ceilings throughout the hallways. The fiberboard furniture in the rooms was in reasonable shape but not without dings and scratches. The lighting in the rooms was inconsistent (soft white bulbs mixed with daylight bulbs). It was honestly kind of a depressing environment throughout the property. The one-bedroom suites are pretty small, and the kitchens are especially tiny. The bathroom was on the larger side, which was good, and the sink was behind the door instead of out in the bedroom, which was also good. But the bathrooms had tubs instead of glass showers, which is a negative in my book for a newer hotel. The staff was adequate - not particularly friendly, not particularly unfriendly. The breakfast was unremarkable with cheap ingredients. At a discount, I might stay here again, but Houston's hotels are generally pretty inexpensive and you can do better than this.

Well kept grounds surrounding the hotel, nice staff, safe location. Breakfast is decent, consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon and crustless quiche on morning and biscuits & gravy the next. The rooms are spacious have the basic plates, cups, silverware, pots & pans, etc. Decent beds and toiletries in the bathroom. There were some issues with the room, a malfunctioning light in the kitchen, frustrating internet television that responded to the remote only occasionally. Overall, the room was clean, but did find a piece of food near the bed leftover from a prior guest. Price vs. Quality, it's worth the stay.

I booked this hotel online as a Bonvey Member. The website show "Pet Friendly" in multiple locations, however there is no mention of a Pet Fee. I am accustomed to have to pay a nominal fee for my ~12lb dog. After driving +200 miles, at check-in I told the onsite representative that I had a pet and inquired how much was the fee and was told the Pet Fee was an additional $150 to the $ 132+tax room. This smacks of bait and switch tactics! The pet fee was more than the room! I cancelled my reservation on the spot and quickly found an actual pet friendly room at a competing hotel brand. OUTRAGOUS tactic and fee for a major brand! (Thanks for the free cancellation.)
