Hyatt Place Houston Medical Center

The Hyatt Regency Galleria is always a first class experience. All of the staff from the valet to the front desk to the restaurant are friendly and professional. HIghly recommend for anyone who is looking for a clean, relaxing upscale experience.

The Hyatt Place Houston Medical Center is a fantastic property. Really top notch stay. Rooms: + Very nice condition. AC worked great. Absolutely comfortable stay. Service: + Superstar service by everyone, from the front desk to the cleaning team. Food: + I only made use of their breakfast buffet, which was several notches better than what I am used to. I typically stay at Marriott's because my Titanium status allows me to get access to their lounges and get free breakfast. The free breakfast at this property was better than the lounge/restaurant breakfasts at the past 3 Marriotts I have stayed at. When traveling back to the Medical Center area, absolutely consider this property in your search.

Hyatt Palace is one of the most highly rated hotels in of Houston. Check-in: smooth courtesy: very good. Service: excellent. The room( king bed):the wood floor. My room was well equipped and comfortable. The greatest strength of this hotel is the team of the well experienced staff, especially the whole team at the reception who are exceedingly responsive and attentive from check-in to departure. Justin and Zac at the reception are very resourceful and detail oriented. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food. The restaurant has good atmosphere and excellent service. I would happily return and highly recommend Hyatt Palace for anyone traveling to Houston. It is 1st class .1

The rooms are always clean, the beds comfy and the hotel is in a great location for food, and the medical facilities. I have stayed here multiple times and continue to stay each time I go to Houston. The pool area is very nice. There is plenty of seating and even have firepits

Very comfortable and spacious hotel. Make sure to go to breakfast early as they often close early and run out of food. Very easy to walk to MD Anderson from the hotel. Nice pool and hot tub, my daughter really liked it. In general a great central hotel.
