The front desk staff, Tiger and Chloe, were friendly and professional. Tiger, in particular, was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach. He honestly made you feel like you were dealing with a five-star hotel. The rest of the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating especially housekeeping and the Breakfast staff. Overall, this property provided a pleasant & fine experience! Bravo!

With lack of air-conditioning, our stay was miserable. Our vitamin D capsules melted! We chose the hotel based on location and convenience. What could go bad at a Hyatt? When they book you in a rundown room with no air-conditioning, it's miserable. Never again.

Dealing with doctors appointment for my father at Md Anderson I appreciate the Clean/comfortable rooms, great location, and amazing customer service!!! Thank you Tiger for making us feel welcomed!!!!!! I look forward to staying again in the future
