I want to give special thanks to ELIOT for the incredible welcome and service, he made our stay in this Hotel a 11/10, amazing treatment, the room was clean and had all the things we need also the food was very good, the hotel had a 24/7 lounge with very tasty food and good variety aswell, very much recommended option and would come back

A beautiful hotel and right IN the airport. You just go down the escalator and get on the subway ( loops every 3 min) to all the terminals. We stayed here the night before our 6 am flight. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The Bed was VERY comfortable. We also ate in the hotel restaurant. The food and drink were great. There’s also a beautiful outdoor pool. We didn’t swim but sat outside a while. All the employees we came in contact with were very friendly. I wish I had gotten the name of our waitress in the restaurant because she was amazing with her recommendations, efficiency, and friendliness. If we return to Houston I would not hesitate to stay here again

Excellent hotel and kept very clean. As a Titanium member I look for this very specifically. I especially had a pleasant interaction with Mia at the front desk who made me feel valued for my status. Looking forward to coming back for another stay.

Jordan and Mia at the front desk are excellent! I travel a fair amount and they went out of their way to help me when I needed help printing out some key documents for a meeting. They really exceeded my expectations! If I come back to Houston, I will be staying here again.
