I had a wonderful stay. I wish I remembered the gentleman at check in on PM shift on 4/18/25. He was extremely compassionate and sweet. I was venting about a bad day I had. He helped me when I was tired and frustrated. Thank you. Rooms were extremely clean. I was put into a nice room with a view. I enjoyed my stay very much. I will definitely visit again! Gloria Campos

This is one of the best Home2Suite hotels we have stayed at. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We love the breakfast that was included in our stay. Fruits were cut fresh in the morning. They even made the salsa in house which was super delicious. I disagree with some of the reviews recently about the dry scrambled egg, it was perfect and moist. My picky eater toddler ate it without having any fuss. I paid a little extra to get some freshly fried eggs for my kiddos and she ate it all. We had a great experience with the staffs/customer service here at home2suite. We will definitely book this place again if we are back in Houston area in the future.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 15 days during her medical treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Front desk was fairly helpful and responsive. Housekeeping was hit and miss… used towels taken and not replaced and unreliable cleaning schedule. The free breakfast buffet was decent but was the same choices every day. Scrambled eggs were usually dry and overcooked. Dining staff was excellent. On a positive note, the hotel had free washer and dryers to use and the shuttle service provided was excellent! Victor and Gabriel are amazing and provided exceptional service to the guests. While not within easy walking distance to local sights, restaurants and the hospitals, the shuttle service and 2 drivers would be the main reason for return stays.

My husband and I are about halfway through a nearly 6 week stay at the Hilton Home2 Suites, Texas Medical Center as I receive cancer treatment at MD Anderson. While my reasons for being here are less than optimal, this hotel has made our stay as delightful as it possibly could be. First of all I was given a special medical rate and reduction in parking charges for the duration of my stay. Secondly, the staff is the loveliest I have ever encountered. I’m sure many people who stay at this hotel do so to receive cancer treatment, but I’ve been treated with kindness and compassion. For anyone who has not experienced cancer, it is an extremely emotional and frightening time. Of special note is the gorgeous Quateria, whose beautiful face is the first to greet us as we go to breakfast in the mornings. She has a gentle spirit and we always look forward to seeing her!! And lovely Ana, who is one of the servers in the breakfast room. She is kind and attentive and we appreciate it so much. And Kaylee (hopefully the right spelling) of the housekeeping crew is delightful, beautiful, bright and so smart, it’s a joy to see her!! The hospital is perfectly located not just for the Medical Center, but for lots of very interesting things to do in Houston while I hope never to return because of cancer reasons if we return to Houston, we will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely customer oriented in every way. The checkin went timely and professionally. The dinner service and menu were very good. The breakfast buffet has diverse offerings, just missed grits. lol. But seriously, the buffet staff kept areas clean, well stocked, and very attentive. Will be back!
