Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria

I had the pleasure of interacting with Anuj, the desk attendant at the Hilton Post Oak in Houston, and I was truly impressed. I first spoke with him over the phone, and he was professional, kind, and courteous qualities that immediately stood out. When I arrived at the hotel and met him in person, he was just as pleasant and professional as he had been on the call. Anuj is the kind of employee who leaves a lasting impression. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Honestly, many other associates in the hospitality industry could take a page from his book. He’s a true asset to the Hilton team.

The Brittany bar Katy and Lu are professionals so good i never seen in my live . I traveled all over the globe and they have the best service. Brakefast team is also very nice and professional and the Valet Guys as well. 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀🥰

Everything was absolutely perfect. The food the room the hotel is beautiful. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the housekeeping.Special thank you to Edison in the kitchen. The breakfast was delicious so many options and the staff was amazing

I don’t understand the rating on this hotel …my husband and I travel for pleasure and work. This hotel checks so many boxes. Price reasonable for quality. All staff we encountered were helpful and nice…so important, too many places have indifferent staff, but not here. Location is great. The hotel is clean, beds comfy, lovely lobby, Starbucks etc. The hotel bar is its own space and comfortable, best pricing for a hotel bar (pleasantly surprised). Also near a lot of restaurants, but try Balboa Surf Club - amazing! It does have a dress code. Next time in Houston staying here…

The most customer focused staff in any hotel I have stayed!! From the minute I arrived, Bryan and the staff at the valet stand, Elvie and Carlos at the front desk, Edisson in the restaurant, and Gustavo and Lu in the bar gave Five Star Service!!! I have not seen this type of service since before 2020. Thank you Hilton Houston Post Oak for taking Great Care of our family.
