Great Experience like usual!! Always the best customer service. Yousef at the front desk was amazing. Professional, courteous and very personable. He made check-in so smooth. Room was excellent. Then checked in with Yolanda in the afternoon about a question and she of course helped immediately. Yolanda has always been above and beyond since we have been staying at this location. Great breakfast and once again the head cook/chef was personable and making sure everyone was enjoying their breakfast. Great job by all! Also the Housekeeper was super nice and we made sure to take care of her for having to clean our mess. Didn’t catch her name but she was great.

Natalie is AMAZING!!! I JUST LOVE HER AND BECAUSE OF HER I WILL BE BACK. Thank you Natalie... a breath of fresh air definitely coming back when I come to the city again very patient very helpful very knowledgeable of the hotel very well put together

Early arrival after a very long flight. Anika and Yolanda were very welcoming and made sure I got a great room, even before check in. Exceptional customer service and hospitality. Room was large and comfortable. This is why I only stay at Hilton Properties.

Arrived to the hotel around 9:30pm. Got off the elevator on the 6th floor and the overwhelming small of cigarette smoke permeated the air. Got to room 615 and there was a blanket, coffee, and creamer in a big trash bag sitting at the front door. I thought someone was occupying the room. Needed to use the bathroom and there was urine on the floor in front of the toilet. Immediately asked for another room. Had to go back to the front desk for keys to room 401. The front desk receptionist was rude and nonchalant. I asked for a manager and she indicated that the manager Megan would be back in the morning. I left my complaint and never heard back from Megan or any other manager. Went to the 4th floor this time and the strongest stench of musty dogs and dog urine was apparent. Get to the room and it appears clean until I start checking the bedding and the mattress cover is dirty, sheets are paper thin, and the down pillows are severely worn out. Asked the front desk receptionist Fernando is if someone could at least bring us some decent pillows, he said he could check, but if they had any, we’d have to come get them. Did not receive my Diamond Club benefits of 2 candy bars or salty snacks, just two bottles of water. I called Hilton customer service to make another official complaint. I’m sorry because I thought this was a 4.5 star hotel. No one wants to spend their hard earned points on a 1 star experience. I give the breakfast a 5 star. We had actually booked this hotel for another stay this weekend, but cancelled and rescheduled at another Embassy Suites. To date, I’ve never heard from management and don’t expect to. Hilton returned 60,000 points to my account after I called to make another complaint. Beware there are a lot of pets that stay here, staff are rude, and management doesn’t follow-up.

Yousuf is so amazing. His customer service is in matched. He gave us options for what rooms were available and even considered the view in mind we would have for our room. We are visiting from out of town and this just made the trip that much better
