Drury Inn & Suites Houston Near the Galleria

The customer service of all staff was superb! The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was loud, but it drowned out any freeway noise. It was like loud white noise, so it helped me go to sleep. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were decent and nice for people on a budget who aren't looking for anything fancy. Also liked the secure parking lot. The hot tub was nice, too.

The in-wall air conditioner was really loud and disrupted my sleep. I had to wear ear plugs and play a white noise app to disguise it. Otherwise, the experience was fine and breakfast was better than expected. But I would never stay here again and look for central air next time.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. I had an appointment and it was very conveniently located where I had to go, would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again when I am in town. Definitely worth the money.

The amenities were above and beyond as well as the entire staff. I did not run into a single issue the two nights that I stayed here. Everything was extremely clean and organized. I loved the attention to detail including the food, spa and gym area, coffee at any time, a lovely lobby ambience, the popcorn and the evening drinks. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. I would 100% stay here anytime I need to be in Houston. Marianne at the front desk was the shining star and one of the reasons I would come back and stay here. Also extremely close to most of the foreign consulates in the area as well as some amazing restaurants. I loved my entire stay!!
