The beds was so soft and the pillows was like clouds laying down after a long road made it like cloud 9 and not wake up till next morning. and the staff was nice. It would 100% be 5 star but the pool wasnât open. Other than that it was a great stay for a great getaway. Also gave us extra sheets for the Paul out bed. Stay on top with clean towels.

I went to this hotel to relax, my bathroom sink didnât not work. There where kids running around in the walkways making their door slam. I went to the front desk to notice them of both problems and they told me there was going to move me and never did so I left a day early.

I would not recommend staying at Baymont Hotel Westchase in Houston. My experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no hot water available in the entire hotel â and I wasnât notified about this issue until I got there late at night. The hotelâs management and front desk staff were unhelpful and provided terrible service. They didnât offer any compensation or alternatives to make up for the lack of hot water. On top of that, the room was dirty, outdated, and in need of maintenance. It was clear that the hotel was not up to standard in any way. Overall, the experience was very frustrating, and I highly suggest looking for another place to stay.

Customer service was Terrible!!! checking in with family at the hotel another family member was headed to the hotel to give me & my partner additional luggage that was kept for me, my spouse & toddler for a short while, my partner was followed by the manager woman & a staff woman outside w hile getting our luggage & being watched which was WEIRD, family got to the hotel to give the luggage that was ours to us & visit the hotel wasn't wanting our relatives to visit & to make MATTERS WORSE the hotel wanted to give me a refund for me, my partner & toddler at night (2 hours into the stay) to vacate. Eventually I made a phone call to the local police to rectify the situation & the police took care of thing's. However this hotel (so called) is PROBLEMATIC without going by the policy when having vistors & are unprofessional. ***P.S. *Blood stain on the mattress. *Continental breakfast wasn't served (cereal only.) *Fight going on from a noisy room. *Roaches.

The staff was great to work with on getting checked in and getting additional linens. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend the hotel to other people I know. We really enjoyed the evening shift clerk's cookies. They were great.
