The dead bolt look on the door did not work . the out side door that went to the rooms was rehung and did not close. i was there 3 nights and no one came and cleaned the room . there were no trash cans any where . the people around me were nloud.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The lady at the front is SUPER friendly! I didnāt get house keeping (because of this covid stuff) during my stay, but they made sure to check on me & ask if I needed anything! & Thereās a beautiful view of the lake outside the window.

DO NOT go to this hotel! It looks reputable from the outside, it was terrible!!! Once we checked in, the room wasn't even ready, they wouldn't give us our money back & then someone walked in our room!

Its a fairly cheaper room, but you will also get exactly what you pay for! Very stringent on towels(they only give you four) for two people, The Continental Breakfast in the morning offers granola bars, single serving oatmeals.

Windows that don't lock, dog feces in the hallway, less than friendly woman running the front desk and nothing around you to escape to. NEVER NEVER go there, they are definitely NOT America's Best. More like WORST! Got out of there as soon as we could.
