Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas DFW Airport North

This use to be a first class Embassy property IMO. Although, within the past 3 years it has certainly gone downhill. On my most recent stay, I had an early wakeup call at 3:30 set. I was in bet and asleep by 8pm to be awakened by someone banging on the wall in the room next door. When I got up, I found my carpet wet, I went over to see what was going on, I found one of their plumbers working feverishly on a hot water leak. By the time I got back in my room the entire floor of my bedroom was standing water. Yes, after a complaint to the front desk, I received another room, good on them. Although, by the time I moved everything and settled in it was 12am. Wasn't a happy camper. Other items I noticed were all the couches (both rooms) were worn out and sagging in the center, most of the light switches don't work and the hotel rooms just look worn out. I've been going to this hotel for over 20+ years now and have never seen it in this shape. Last but not least, the hotel owner/operators now charges a $20 a night parking fee. Hotel staff were nice, but beware this property has declined over the past 3yrs.

DO NOT use this Embassy for Dfw parking shuttle unless you don’t mind standing around for over an hour waiting on the shuttle. Staff couldn’t have cared less, and it makes me wonder how they treat guests staying over night! Calling the front desk was difficult and they couldn’t care less that we were left stranded!

Excellent location, conference rooms, service and Breakfast. Very clean and spacious suites. Reserved parking for Diamond members. Check in experience was great with Zoe who was very helpful and informative. Breakfast special orders prepared by Chefs Jose and Jessica were just perfect. On site Starbucks cafe. This is truly one of the best Embassy Suites, including Atlanta, Alpharetta, and Scottsdale, Thank you!

My wife and I stayed here last night and I think this might be our last with Embassy Suites. For one I do not understand having to pay for parking when I’m already paying $250 a night for a room. This isn’t even covered parking like the location at Frisco. The happy hour has turned into a joke since we first started staying at Embassy many years ago. 2 beers a piece that were half foam because the taps were screwed up. You wanna drink at the regular bar and just pay, $8 buck a piece for beers. Think you are going to count on that complimentary breakfast in the morning, forget it. My wife and I both took a bite of that mess and both of us put our extremely cheap plastic forks down and said no thanks. Unfortunately Embassy has started skimping on quality and quantity since we first stated staying with them. My recommendation is to stay some place nicer that has bars and restaurants close to them, do not stay at Embassy.

This is a great property to stay. The staff greets you and thanks you for your loyalty before checking you in. The rooms are very clean and they smell great. I could do work in the room. Breakfast was great, as usual. The gym was clean and all the machines were functional. It is very convenient to the airport. I saw the airport shuttle but didn't have to use it. Maybe another time. Overall a great place to stay.
