Comfort Suites Grand Prairie Arlington North

Pros: comfortable queen bed and clean room. Cons: very basic property, amenities, and breakfast. No extra blankets available if you plan to use pullout couch. In my opinion, the property as a whole can be considered a step or two below a Hampton Inn. Not a bad place to stay, but not great either.

Not the best hotel but acceptable. Breakfast was pretty much when we were looking for something to eat. Lots of noise from other guest after hours. was only a one day stay so we didn't complain. Room appeared to be reasonably clean. No odd smells for stains!

My family and I arrived to the hotel, realizing that I had completely booked the wrong date. Completely my fault! This was after we had driven through an extremely bad storm and an 8 hour of a drive with teenagers in the car. Our family was exhausted to say the least. Jessica Williams was at the front desk and immediately tried to assist us. We booked this through a third-party, so it was not an easy system to navigate to switch the rooms around. She was extremely helpful with navigating us through a third-party and was able to lock in a rate that was manageable for us to see over the weekend. After an extremely long and scary drive this was a save for the day for us. My boyfriend has also stayed here many times for tournaments in the area and has had the same experience when Jessica and her staff are helping. I felt extremely taken care of and priority, arriving here and through our stay. Jessica is extremely personable and understanding while helping us along with managing other clients walking through the door. We will continue to stay at this hotel when we are in the area!

This hotel was a great experience. It is a comfort suites, and the rooms are suites. They have two queen beds and include a sleeper sofa. It was spacious, and we did not have any problems with the hotel. This was a great experience compared to a comfort suite experience we had in Abilene.

Bathroom light switch had fecal smear, hair in shower, bedside table had dries food/mucas not sure. Woman that checked us in was very helpful and nice. The first room I was pit in smelled of cigarette smoke, I notified woman working the desk she moved us to another room and was very nice. The second rooms Bathroom had a fecal smear on the light switch, food/mucas on night stand, hair in shower. I went to see if I could switch rooms, but they had a line of ten people waiting to check in. So we used our hand sanitizer to clean. This place had really good reviews, but was disappointing for me.
