Bad bad experience, save time and aggravation. My grandkids checked in about 5:30pm for a surprise birthday part for their 70:year old grandmother. The got dressed quickly for a pool party and if the TV was damaged they did not notice it, and was at the party by 6:30pm. Returning at about 11:30pm they noticed the TV had been turn off, and the remote stored in a drawer, and the TV was now broken. My grandson in law went to the front desk to report the damaged TV, and was told by Tim there was no problem and would be no charge since the owner was replacing the TV anyway. They checked out about 7:30am the next day, and there was no comment or charge regarding the TV. Later that morning Chuck called to tell me (I paid for the room), and he had already called the police. I was leaving on a trip and told Chuck I would come by and deal with him on Thursday after my return. I looked at the TV and it was damaged , but I told him someone else had been the room. He disagreed and called the police. I waited an hour for the police and showed the office the video of what my kids said about the damage discovery and reporting the damage. Police said that my kids were in the room, that I was not responsible, but if Chuck pressed charges that my grand son in law could be arrested. My kids are in their middle to late twenties and are very responsible and I believe truthful. The grand son in law is in the US Army reserve and has been called to active duty staring in October. The police officer encouraged me to just pay Chuckie off, which I did in hundred dollar bills. The other recents reviews are similar to mine without the police. I just wonder how many times Chuck has done this TV trick?

The worst hotel Iāve ever stayed in. After paying for a week stay, I was kicked out for asking why they didnāt let me know they were changing out the a/c. When I got to the room with my sign on the door do not disturb. The owner told me they didnāt have to let anyone know when they were interning a room. There was mud all over the floor and I sat on bed waiting for air way too long. The owner kicked me out and said he would keep my money for the rest of the week. I took my dog out to go to the restroom and it came back to the hotel and died. She was not sick. I think they put poison out and my dog got ahold of it. She collapsed at the door. It was less than a minute when she came in that she collapsed. I put her in my car and when I took her to the vet they told me it looked like poison. After I got back from the vet and asked why they were in my room? The manager told me to go to the office and check out. When I got there he called the police on me for filming with my phone. I never raised my voice. I actually was afraid of what he might pull next and wanted proof. The next day I went to the police station and they told me to file on him because of my video but when I checked with my bank my money was credited. So I blew it off. Never again.

There is no grass or any type of outdoor maintenance. Lots of debris piles from some type of construction. Disgusting outdoor area with run down dirty grills and outdated dilapidated picnic table. Lobby smells horrible. Its a mixture of stale water damage and dirty kitchen. Room was just dark and bed was terrible. I didn't look under the sheets because I was too afraid. Clientele I saw were all men and looked less than friendly. One of the workers could have passed for homeless. He was the cleaning person. Oh and even though I left 10 minutes after I got there because of the above and not feeling safe. They charged me for 2 nights and refuse to refund my money.

This place is not at all like it looks I'm the pictures. The bedspread and mattress pad had stains on it that appeared yo be urine ,there were several holes that had been patched and not very good. The room was dark even with the lamps on and we ended up leaving less than an hour after we got there

As we were checking inn ltold the girl at the front desk that I had congestive heart failure and if she had a room available that would be awesome she said she didnāt have anything that the room we had rented was the last one.. I stated it was hard for me to Get up and down stairs.. but I attempted I went upstairs with no problem first time then as we were going to dinner I slipped down a flight of stairs.. my leg the calf area is twice the size and Iām in alot of pain.. my husband called the front desk when we returned from dinner talked to different man working the evening shift and talked to the manager on duty (Chuck) and basically they said since we booked through a third-party that they could not move us Rooms and the next time we booked there, we needed to book directly through them because once you book through a third-party, thereās nothing that they can change in the computer itās set in stone they said if we had booked through them, they could move us to a king room with no problem but since itās third-party, thereās a problem. I canāt for the life of me understand why these people donāt think theyāre gonna have a lawsuit against them all because they couldnāt switch me to a room. Thatās the right thing to do. Theyāre disappointed by their Lack of compassion and understanding if a guest is unhappy, you do what youāre supposed to to make them happy. This wasnāt a problem of me not being happy it was a problem me not being able to get up and down the stairs because of my medical issue may be lack of understanding is a problem will not be back there and donāt recommend anyone to go there
