Worst experience of my life. There was no hot water!!!! Called the front desk and they said: Sorry, the employee went home already and we cannot give you another room. After going to Winstar for a show, all I wanted was to take a quick shower before going to bed. Don't go there!

Recently stayed at this hotel to find it in very bad condition. I’ve visited this location for over 10 years now and this is the worse that I have ever seen it. Hotel now have new owner. The maintenance of the building and rooms have not being maintained. The Ice machine on each floor is out of order except for the one on the first floor which is on its way out. Repairs are needed in the rooms. Juice machine in dinning area have been out of order for a while ( has a sign on it that states the machine is on vacation). Lady running the kitchen & running the front desk has her 4 kids at work with her,running around throughout the dinning area picking over the food and enjoying themselves. Also she was placing half cooked bacon out on the breakfast line for the customers to eat. Will never come here again. There is a brand new hotel across the street behind the QT gas station (Fairfield Inn & Suites-844-203-7052)will take my business there ( visited the hotel & the rooms, a very beautiful place to now give my business to).

Front desk staff tried to enter my room (forcefully and loudly) at 2:40am. Without knocking and without identifying herself. I awoke to light streaming into my room and the door repeatedly pounding on the safety lock. Her behavior during, and after, the incident was unconscionable, unintelligent, and extremely dangerous - for all involved. She stated several times that she was following corporate policy and blamed the incident on someone else assigning me the wrong room. Sadly, this wasn't the only incident I had during my 14-hour stay, it was just the worst.

Woke up to rain pouring in both windows, The carpet was soaked, dead and dying cockroaches, mold, filthy carpets, pool deck filthy and mold growing, garbage in parking lot. We have stayed here before and will NEVER stay here again. We did complain, waited for the manager to show up to show her our room. She didn't even go look at it, just comped us the stay. I feel bad for the staff, management is to blame.

Our room was DISGUSTING! Let’s start with the bathroom! The shower curtain and shower wall had some sort of ick on it. I nearly threw up and I’m a nurse, I’ve seen nasty things! There was hair all over the floor and stuck to the side of the tub. There are big sticky spots on the floor of the bathroom. Moving on to the bedroom… we pull the sheets back and BAM! What is that dark brown spot though??? And don’t even get me started on the coffee pot that appeared to have mold inside of it. Never again! Never again! If you do stay here, at the very minimum, check the coffee pot in the room because if it looked like ours, you’re going to get sick if you drink the coffee! I’ll add, I’ll give the front desk person 5 stars because she was kind and at the end of the day, she doesn’t take care of the rooms.
