The place was dirty. Garbage Cans were over flowing over. The place needs a really good scrub down. Elevator is gross. When we checked out Sunday morning and the woman that checked us out was revealing way too much skin. It was gross. The room was nice. The shower was wonderful.

This hotel is rundown and extremely overpriced! They, and all the hotels in Gainesville, take advantage of the concerts at the nearby casino, and overcharge their guests. Our room was not clean, a dried blood spot was on the bathroom floor, mouse droppings were found near the couch. The elevator was not working when we checked out, from our room on the 4th floor, and we were informed the manager had not called to have it fixed. We will never stay here again and would recommend no one else to either.

Staff was friendly but hotel was dirty. 1. Toilet lid was yellow and broken 2. Smudge marks over the mirrors 3. Bed covers were stained 4. Pillows were stained 5. Smelled like wet dog 7. Floors were sticky 8. Dressers were all smudged as if they were not wiped down Paid $288 for ONE NIGHT which im sure they just raised the prices because there was a concert in town. !! NEVER AGAIN.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. The only good thing about this place is its location (as we drove and played at Winstar Casino). We had been to Comfort Suites last year, and it was very good, but HUGE mistake going this year - it was terrible, would not recommend at all. We were in room 422 last night. Check in was after 3:00 pm, we checked in around 3:30 pm, when we tried to get into the room, it had the safely lock on it from inside, and there were 2 members of staff in there (a young man & a young woman) they were not the staff that clean the room, as there was not a cart anywhere that had cleaning supplies or towels, they quickly did something, we couldn't see, as they did not let us in the room, but they were laughing as they left and told us to have a good evening and to enjoy our stay (that in its self should have been a red flag). We unpacked, not checking the room (I know, I know, we should have) and left for the Casino. Upon returning that night, we found out that the two lights between the beds did not work, the toilet base was wobbly every time you sat on it, no washcloths in bathroom, the shower had extremely low pressure that water just trickled down, then there was a beeping sound from the air conditioning that that went on and off all night, the windows were filthy, and the table between the bed had sticky stuff all along one side. We should have asked for a different room, but it was late and no one was at the front desk. The next morning came the supposedly hot breakfast which was to begin at 6:30 am which it did not. The doors were closed so everyone was lining up and waiting. At 6:50 am they finally starting bringing out some sausages and eggs and opened the doors....meanwhile some guests that were in line at 6:30 am gave up waiting after 10 mins and left the hotel. (we could see them get in their cars and actually leave). Anyway, being hungry I grabbed a plate and got some sausages, eggs and toast- ugh everything was cold, except the bread which I had toasted. It appeared they were made early for the 6:30 am opening but sat around at the back of the kitchen for 15 mins before being brought out to be served to the guests - the supposedly minute maid orange juice came out so watery that it didn't even taste like any type of orange juice.....what a way to start a morning. We decided after all of this, to go to our room, pack, leave and go somewhere for breakfast (even though we could check out at 11:00 am). Upon checking out I gave a list of our room issues to the lady at the front desk and she immediately said that she would add points to our account, I said "do not bother, as we will not be staying here ever again" All in all pretty worthless place to stay, such a shame, as it was great last year - they must have changed management or something as it was TERRIBLE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Rooms1.0Service1.0Location5.0

This is by far the nastiest hotel Iāve ever been in, there is no way they have return business. This is the kind of filth that builds over time and not something that might have been overlooked a time or two. The poor state of this property has nothing to do with staff, this is a total lack of upkeep by the owner. The carpet is moldy by the A/C due to it leaking and the walls are rotted around it, something like that doesnāt happen overnight. There are dusty cobwebs all around the ceilings, the furniture is stained and filthy. The faucet in the bathtub was broken, the toilet seat had BURN marks all over it. Breakfast is the usual but they donāt stock any condiments (coffee creamer, butter, jelly, cream cheese) so black coffee and dry toast for everyone š
