Hyatt Regency Frisco Dallas

The room was excellent, the bed was comfy, the bathrooms were clean, the shower was spacious and everything felt updated. The staff was very nice and professional and the little store/coffee bar in the lobby was a great touch as we were able to get a good coffee, energy drink and a snack. Very well done Hyatt!

Not impressed, especially for the price. Sheets of peeling paint overhead in shower and poor vanity design leaves a visible (but not accessible) spot where it's never been cleaned and your personal items can fall off the vanity and end up in. Some staff nice, others rude. If I wasn't sharing a room or a part of a block, I would have checked out and stayed elsewhere.

When I’m in the DFW area, this is the only hotel that I stay at. Great location and even better service! Hotel is always clean and the staff go above and beyond with making sure you are taken cared of. My wife and kids love that there is a mall attached!

The entire mall being connected to the building is insane! Also the hotel is so chic and fab, absolutely love it. Also the cafe in the lobby was so nice! Joshua who works there was very polite and helpful. Also the rooms are beautiful and spacious.

Amazing stay here for a work trip. This hotel feels fresh and new so I really hope they maintain that. From the front desk folks to the housekeeping staff, the people working here are pleasant and accommodating to work with. Huge shoutout to Orion - he is textbook when it comes to working the front desk. He's got the basics mastered - super friendly/warm service while being super efficient with getting things done and the line moving quick. When it came to dealing with random issues (e.g., lost item) he was quick to investigate and follow up. Other than that, just a great all-around Hyatt Regency. Next to a mall so that's nice too!
