Hotel Indigo Frisco an IHG Hotel

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Fresh fruit infused water is in the lobby. Cute pool with privacy. Gorgeous lobby to read in. Room was clean, cozy and chic. Bed, linens, pillows all great. They’ve clearly made a conscious effort to hire a diverse and inclusive staff, which made me feel good about spending my money here.

Great business traveler hotel. Was here for a meeting nearby. Plenty of parking, very close to both DNT and 121. Easy access to restaurants and mall. Rooms were nicely appointed with everything you need. Beds and pillows were better than anything I have encountered in this hotel class. Bar area in lobby was great spot to gather with friends. If you have an event in area, this is an excellent spot to stay.

Home maintenance necessitated a staycation & I’m so glad we chose this hotel! Checking in with Rohel at the front desk set the tone for our stay. He was professional & thoroughly explained all details. Pro-tip…request a microwave and-or a refrigerator, in advance. Tony quickly made sure to get a microwave to our room, upon request. Vanessa handled our to-go breakfast with a smile & lively conversation. Breakfast was FANTASTIC!! My Veggie Omelette…5-star! My spouse had the Cowboy Breakfast…chef’s kiss! Ray assisted us with new hotel keys when we added a 3rd night to our stay. Her laugh is everything! This is a doggy-friendly space. Our room was clean & very comfortable. We would happily return!

This is the third time we stayed here. This visit took advantage of pool restaurant and bar. All were great. Housekeeping was especially good. I have two shedding dogs that are a challenge. Was pleased to see that a dog potty area has been added with bags and disposal bin.

Great location convenient to everything. We stayed four nights for a softball tournament. Clean rooms, comfy beds, cold A/C and an ice machine that was always full! Modern lobby and pool with fantastic bar and good food. However, the best experience was with Rae at the front desk. When I had an issue with my car, it had to be towed from the hotel. Rae arranged for the van to transport me, the kids and all our gear to the ballpark. Vanessa drove us and was FANTASTIC too. Rae and Vanessa really saved the day for us. They are ROCKSTARS!
