No room service, do not leave anything - it’s gone after you leave and front desk has no reply for items missing or left. No reply from lost items or Hilton website for missing items. The person responsible changes, they do not pickup calls and mailbox is full, no messages taken! Skip the Frisco Embassy Suites!

This was one of the worst experience we have ever had at a Hilton embassy suites property. When we first arrived our room wasn’t the nicest and was definitely showing its age. Peeling paint on walls and doors, dirty looking carpet and the bathtub drain was unscrewed from the tub and just placed on the side of the tub. We had our children with us and it was late and had been traveling all day so I just let the bath tub drain go, and when the kids took baths we just screwed the drain plug on. The next evening I noticed the carpet was a little wet but I just figured a kid maybe was wet after a shower or bath and thought nothing of it. Next day our entire floor outside the bathroom was flooded and sopping wet. I let the front desk know and they offered to change us rooms. They asked me to “go check out the room first and make sure it’s ok” which in retrospect is a red flag because why would they be concerned with a room being not ok? Well it wasn’t ok. The security latch was broken so I could barely even get in as it was blocking the door. The heater/ac didn’t work at all. So I went back down and we were moved to a third room. Mind you this is all happening at 11pm while 2 of my kids are asleep. The third room had a functioning tub, air worked. However the security latch was also partially broken and the room smelled of covered up cigarette smoke. The shower head was literally falling off, and the faucet disconnecting from the wall. Since my kids were exhausted and we had 2 nights left we decided to just accept it as it was and get through it. I followed up with the assistant gm the next day. He basically told me there’s a known issue with their bathtubs leaking into the floors and thus they’re holding the old hotel together until the remodel. He did offer to comp is 60k of the 180k points we used. Overall, I would avoid this hotel when in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

DISGUSTING! Walked into a bathroom covered in urine-on the floor, toilet, etc. Rugs all ripped and frayed, very old hotel that smells like a toilet overflowed all over the hotel! Manager sent someone to clean the bathroom because he could only offer me a small room. There was also a huge convention downstairs that was very loup. JUST A WASTE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. PLENTY OF BETTER PTIONS RIGHT NEXT DOOR.

The hotel was clean and the staff was mostly friendly. The heat coming out of the vents was barely warm and the windows were older allowing the cold air to make it thru. Better cover up good in the winter if you stay here. The breakfast was good and coffee pretty tasty.

My family stayed at this location during the Christmas holidays. The location is wonderful, close to shopping and restaurants. I encountered a mishap in our hotel suite. Once I informed the manager on duty Emily, she went beyond the call of duty to ensure my entire family were comfortable. I appreciate a company who reviews an incident and provide a call of action to correct the situation. The breakfast was great. The evening social is very good with a lively bartender. Overall , I rate the hotel an A-. Great for families with children.
