Tru by Hilton Fort Worth Fossil Creek

Great hotel, and EXCELLENT customer service from check-in to check-out. About 4 hours after we checked out of our hotel, we received a phone call from the front desk. They let us know that we had left a valuable technology item in our room, and housekeeping had turned it in. The hotel manager, Michelle, arranged shipping for us and sent us tracking information for the shipment. This spoke volumes to us about the entire staff at the hotel. We appreciate their honesty, and great customer service! We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we come to Ft. Worth!

No coffeemaker in the rooms...a big negative for me. Rooms were very clean and efficient otherwise. Staff was exceptionally nice and friendly and helpful. Walls seemed thin...I could hear outside traffic, toilet flush above me, hallway traffic.

If it's the middle of the night and you seek only sleep and a shower at an above average price in a good area, this is the right hotel for you. Don't look forward to amenities like water though. BATH/HOT TUB/ POOL..NOPE

I was very pleased with my experience. This hotel was actually better than some of the higher end Hilton properties I have stayed at. Great location. Very quiet but easy access to everything. I would definitely recommend making a reservation here

None of the rooms had working keys. You had to wait for the front desk person to let you in the room. They refused to let me son in the room when I left to go to the store even after the housekeepers told him to leave the room while they cleaned. Then he goes to the front desk and the lady refuses to let him back in our room . His name was under our room and he’s only 16. The front desk worker refused to talk to me on FaceTime. The whole 4 days at this place was terrible.
