Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth North at Fossil Creek

Outside of the property looks nice, lacking on interior upgrades. Carpet in our room was old and felt like old movie theater floor Water stains on the wall in the bathroom, ring in the toilet and don’t want to know what was on the ceiling in the tub area.

This place is run down, the hall smelled like urine, you have to practically beg for your room to be cleaned, there are shady characters around all the time, and none of the equipment in the fitness room works. The breakfast is decent, the employees just don’t seem to care. I won’t stay there again.

The check in procedure took over 30 minutes and the Hotel needs to be updated. It's old and tired. It was ok for the price I paid and I only stayed one night. If I had to stay for a few nights, I would find somewhere else. The front desk staff is very nice and friendly.

This place is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Hilton shouldn’t even claim them as part of their Hilton honors options. It smelled like urine everywhere. There were stains on the floor and the couch. The couch was trash- No support and from the 1970s. The beds were so old and had no support left. Just awful. We left to stay at a hotel across the street. Yes it was that bad.

It was a nice hotel, needs updating. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The room was clean and I felt safe throughout. Some of the silly things- the room set up if you’re sitting on the bed you can look someone sitting on the toilet eye to eye (it bothered my husband), the toiletries didn’t match brands - kudos for using what you have but I much prefer the bottles on the shower wall and having shower gel vs the bar of soap. The price was good and the location was convenient
