AC Hotel by Marriott Fort Worth Downtown

My trip was great. The room was very clean, bright and cozy. The bar staff works their butts off and the valet men are top notch. A few shout outs to Christian, Will, Levi, Ethan and Ivan were always kind and speedy. Both Christian and Ethan went out of their way to help me find a printing shop nearby as my phone was dead. Great customer service.

Ethan, Christian, and Corbin were very helpful and professional. They each were helpful in their own way, as Doorman, Bellman, and Valet. My only complaint is to have to use a minimum of 200 characters for this review. I would be much more likely to write a review if you didn’t make so cumbersome.

I am Very impressed with the valet service . Will, Ivan and Val were super friendly and professional! It was a busy weekend due to an art festival and street closures and they were fast, personable and organized. The team is very efficient and I was just very impressed.

In my opinion, this hotel was a major disappointment on multiple fronts. For example, they only offer valet parking, but are seriously short-staffed and were unable to deliver my car in reasonable times on multiple occassions - and as I watched 3 of the valet staff stand around talking and laughing. Our room was on the 5th street side, 9th floor, and I'm not exaggerating that the street noise of revving engines and traffic noise kept us awake until after midnight on two nights. Then, in the room, the glass door to the bathroom - while it may be trendy - means that if someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night and turns on the light the entire sleeping area also becomes illuminated. Speaking of lighting, the bedroom and bathroom were very dim in our opinion. And, the bathroom itself was very compact - so much so they couldn't even fit a regular-sized or shaped toilet in the room. (Ever seen a square bowl before?) I could go on, but for the sake of brevity would just say I would never choose to stay here again - Very disappointing.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. Walking distance to the square, restaurants, comedy club and Convention Center. Convenient location and service is outstanding. Pet friendly with grassy areas just a couple of blocks away. Christian and the entire Valet group were excellent with their service, speed and helpfulness.
