La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Stockton Northeast

Extremely rude and awful customer service ! The lady at the front desk Cancelled my paid reservation because I’m a local to Fort Stockton! The electricity was out due to a bad storm, I booked the room because we were told we would not have electricity until the 5:45pm the next day . I told her we had already been without electricity for 5 hours and that we would be without power all night and that it was just my 3 year old,myself and my husband and that we desperately needed the room and she continued to tell me no all because I lived here in Fort Stockton.. completely unacceptable

Looks BRAND NEW. even if it's 5 years old! Sparklingly clean. BEST BREAKFAST selections...with touch-free pan cake maker, just wave in front of the censor and wait for pancake coming out on a moving belt! Perfect. Staff is nice too. Room is spotless. Recommended without reservation.

This hotel had everything we needed. Spotless hotel room, lovely interior, nice lobby and breakfast area and good, hot breakfast selection. After a long day of hiking in Big Bend National Park, this stay in Ft Stockton La Quinta was the best hotel value of our trip. Ft Stockton also had some interesting historical buildings and a Fort downtown. Great stoppver. Highly recommend the LQ, on to East Texas we go.

Staff was rude, we had just finished a 12 hour drive and just wanted to sleep and have a hot breakfast. Neither happened. The front desk acted as if we were a burden just checking in. They also tried making us pay a fee for my military K9. I even had my dogs military paperwork. The room was dirty and they refused to make more breakfast, even though there was still an entire hour left during breakfast hours. Awful stay.

Very comfortable rooms. I did request 1st floor but was put on 2nd floor. No hot water for tea and no plain black tea bags available at 7:15 am. But a nice place to stay with my service dogs Beds were comfortable and love the big bathrooms. Would stay again
